Envol et Macadam, one of Canada’s biggest music festivals, is looking for bands from the UK to register free online for the chance grab an all-expenses-paid trip to play at the Envol et Macadam Festival in Quebec City, Canada (Sept 6th -7th). Registration closes on Monday 3rd June.



The PLANETROX project is an initiative of Envol et Macadam in collaboration with the City of Quebec. The mission of this international undertaking is to discover the best up-and-coming bands in Europe, Asia, and North/South America to provide them with exposure.



Envol et Macadam is Quebec’s top alternative music festival. It continues to innovate and to develop projects that allow local and international breaking artists the chance to take part in an event that annually attracts over 20,000 music fans, as well as many industry professionals. Its programming appeals to a varied crowd; Bad Religion, Flogging Molly, Mastodon, Sum 41, Pennywise, Of Mice and Men, The Sounds, Metric, Rise Against, IAM, As I Lay Dying, Malajube, Dinosaur Jnr, Raekwon and Bloc Party are but a few of the well-known artists that have played and delighted festival goers at Envol et Macadam in recent years.



The UK leg will showcase at Surya, 154-156 Pentonville Road, London on Friday 19th July.
