Gertie and Her Gaiety are one of the best acts we’ve seen, in no small part to the magnetism and mastery of their lead singer Molly Carroll. Playing a mix of swing, ragtime and chanson, Molly’s performance embodies the character of the 30s star, full of sass and poise, artfully leading us on a journey through early 20th century music and cinema history.
