The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK and the cause of 18 deaths every day.
CALM provides a free and confidential helpline and web chat for anybody who needs someone to talk to. We also support those who are bereaved of a loved one who has been lost to suicide through the Support After Suicide Partnership.
If we all work together we can help those who are in crisis to get the help and support that they need. To spread awareness of this fact, CALM partners with a number of campaigns such as Project84 and DontBottleItUp to break ancient male stereotypes and encourage positive behavioural change.
It costs just £8 to answer a potentially life saving call. With your help, we can keep up the fight against suicide.
