An Evening Of Drag Queens, Cabaret, Comedy, Entertainment & Charity Fundraising!

In memory of Candie Von Cartier (Adam Richards)

1988 - 2017



Candie was a popular and much-loved customer of The Boston. Sadly Candie was taken from us on October 18th and will be sorely missed by her family, friends and people that knew her.



The purpose of this event is to raise awareness of mental health issues and raise funds for two charities nominated by Candie's family:



MERMAIDS (supporting children, young people and their families to achieve a happier life in the face of great adversity. We work to raise awareness about gender nonconformity in children)



MIND (providing advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding)



Fabulous entertainment from 7pm to include performances from:



* Wilma Fingadoo

* Miss Tiara Thunderpussy

* Candy C

* Fannie Coil

* Blaq Ivory

* Davina



We will also be running a prize raffle throughout the evening, with all proceeds going to charity. Top prize of £100 cash + several other fantastic prizes to be won!



Entertainment will run from 7pm until 11pm, after which there will be Karaoke with Joeyoke until 2am if you want to stay and party the night away!



Entry is Free however we ask if you would kindly make a (non-compulsary) donation of £5 on entry (or more if you can afford it)! All entrance proceeds will go to the chosen charities as detailed above.
