About this Event

SCREEN REBELS: GRAVE TALES

Rounding off its juggernaut 2017 programme (Love Bites, Rebirth, Superheroes and The Odysseys), Screen Rebels present a Halloween Special showcase that will make you shudder, laugh and scream! Grave Tales features Warlocks, Ghosts, Skeletons and even The Devil himself… oh, and don’t forget the snarky purple fox and the singing chocolate bars! With tricks and treats by the cauldron-load, it’s the perfect spooky night out for you and your film-loving friends.

Join our buzzing community of artists and discover a new way to see new films, as Screen Rebels’ unique format presents three new films live on stage and invites you, the audience, to be the director!

Featuring a cast of over a dozen emerging London actors and performers and written by Screen Rebels’ in-house creative team.

“Books are power, and the Devil knows...”

Fantasy-Mystery / Written by Lorenzo Fantini

The Warlock, Dickie Dee, gets more than he bargained for when he’s hired by his high-society ex, Chloe Faulkner, to protect her sister, Madeleine. When he discovers their ancestors made a pact with The Devil, Dickie must face the horrors of The Devil’s Library. Can Dickie save Madeleine and win back Chloe’s heart? Or will he succumb to the evil in the demonic pages of family history…?

HEROINE

“Fear Lives In The Blood.”

Horror-Thriller / Written by Kai Henderson

An office Halloween party is in full swing - until the CEO’s daughter, Eve Schwarz, discovers her father missing and his office drenched in blood. The Exec Team – Harry, Carmilla and Sofia – all have secrets to hide. When Eve orders the angelic Faye to solve the case, a monstrous, paranormal terror descends. Faye has one choice: solve the case... or get out alive?

THE FORGOTTEN SKELETON

“Scary is SO last year...”

Animated Comedy / Written by Dilpreet Kaur Walia

It’s been one year since Skeleton 4 entered the snack cupboard, however, today is Halloween which means more sweets! Panic the cereal bar - the new, healthier alternative to Halloween sweets - has arrived with his friends Lolly, AKA Lolita for short, and Kid Kandy who snaps-and-raps like the TV adverts. Halloween isn’t what it was, at least not the way Skeleton 4 remembers it...
