Hailing from Canterbury, Tez are a soulful ambient indie quartet weaving indie rock allure, infectious melodies, and soulful, introspective lyrics into a beguiling tapestry of sound. Drawing inspiration from Foals, Ben Howard, and Palace. Since coming together in March 2023, the soulful ambience and anthemic riffing and from the Kentish quartet immediately picked up the interest of BBC Introducing, secured a Wonderland Magazine premiere, headlined Switzerland’s prestigious Festival Tiefental, signed a Sync deal with Plutonic Music Group, worked extensively with Creative Director Taylor Fielder and SOLD OUT their first headline, self promoted, show at the award winning Ramsgate Music Hall, in celebration of the first release from their upcoming EP.

Early September 2023, the band collaborated with Ian Flynn (Yussef Dayes, Hozier) at London’s renowned Unwound Studios, following their successful crowdfunding campaign, where their dedicated fan base pledged a remarkable £1664 to bring new music to life. The second half of the EP has been made possible by the support of Help Musicians, a charity the band are honoured to be collaborating with. ‘Feels Like Winning’ the first release from the bands new formed sound, self proclaimed as The New Era starting the waterfall release of their EP, set to continue throughout 2024 alongside a UK/EU Tour.
