About this Event

Well, it is hard to believe that a year has passed already since the sudden and sad departure of our dear friend, colleague and compatriot, DJ Vorny.



Vorny was a massive part of the Northern dance scene for so many years, its hard to believe still that he is not with us anymore, it was always a given that Vorny would be around when there was an event on, not just for Full FX or Doncaster Warehouse but for so many other events in our region also, his name was on just about every flyer that came out of Yorkshire and other regions too.



DJ Vorny’s production and DJ’ing abilities were far advanced and he made music his life. He gilded his name through his music, and the people that supported him will keep his memory alive for a long time. NUFF SED.



Over the past year some good friends and family of James’ have been working hard to set up a charitable foundation in his memory. Below are they details and its mandate.



*** JAMES VAUGHAN MUSIC CENTRE FOR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS ***



James Vaughan Music Centre for Individual Needs is a non profit organisation that provides music services for people with disabilities, our long term plan is to provide all kinds of music orientated lessons but our main focus is to build instruments for individuals who cannot otherwise play in a traditional way, with the help of assistive software and hardware, the organisation will help individuals create alternate methods to play instruments and perform music.



By supporting this event on Sunday 28th May @ Doncaster Warehouse you will be contributing to a very good cause, and we will all be part of making sure that the legacy of our dear friend DJ Vorny will always live on.
