Andi Durrant is a radio presenter, DJ and music producer from Leeds, UK

He is most notable for his Capital FM Network radio shows on Friday and Saturday nights, where he specialises in electronic music (house, techno, dubstep, drum n bass, trance and breaks) and guest DJ sessions, for which he has received 3 Sony Radio Academy Awards;

In 2007, Durrant won the bronze award for Music Broadcaster of the Year

In 2008, he received the Gold Award as Music Broadcaster of the Year

In 2009, he won the Silver award for best Specialist Music Program.

Andi Durrant was previously an original presenter on the Galaxy network of radio stations before joining Capital in January 2011.

Durrant's programs are some of the highest audience-rated dance shows in the UK, with guests including Adam F, Laidback Luke, Swedish House Mafia, Fatboy Slim, Richie Hawtin, Carl Cox, Pendulum, Groove Armada, Paul Van Dyk, Paul Oakenfold and the Chemical Brothers.

He also runs the "48 Hours Off From The World" website - archiving many A List electronic music stars from his Friday night Capital FM show.

As part of Riley & Durrant, Durrant has held residencies at Privilege and Amnesia Ibiza, Ministry of Sound in London and most famously at Gatecrasher in Sheffield where they met behind the DJ booth in 2002. Through their Electrik Playground and Nu Breed club nights, record labels and radio programs, Riley & Durrant have been influential in playing and promoting underground electronic music on UK radio.[3]

In 2012 Andi Durrant became the resident DJ and host for Ibiza Live at Eden Ibiza and Mallorca Live at BCM in Magaluf, playing weekly alongside Example, DJ Fresh, Dizzee Rascal, Tinie Tempah, Jessie J and Professor Green

Recently Andi Durrant has been working with Steve More remixing artists such as Plan B, Flo Rider, Vato Gonzalez, Lethal Bizzle JLS, Lawson, Will I Am, Far East Movement and Paul Van Dyk.

Durrant runs his own production company, Distorted Productions Ltd, making specialist radio shows and documentaries for UK and international radio stations.
