This Other Kingdom

Dublin's finest psych band This Other Kingdom are back again from their sensational show at the same venue in early March. This time they will be promoting their second album "Rêveur" out on Wrong Way Records on April 21st. The follow up to their critically acclaimed album "Telescopic"

"Their sound is an arresting hybrid of psychedelia and rock’n’roll, and has been refined considerably since the release of their ‘Sunlight’ EP almost two years ago." (GoldenPlec,)

"The album lives up to the band’s description as Neo-Psychedelic as they create a tone comprising of floating riffs and echoing vocals." (Pure M Magazine,)

"Propellent and distorting, Telescopic merges the indie-rock and psychedelic genres well. Sounding accomplished, the album bestrides and harnesses This Other Kingdom’s live sound to great effect." (The Last Mixed Tape,)"

The Goa Express

Recently signed and have a new 7" single waiting in the wings as a follow up to the fantastically named début 7" "Reincarnation of The Lizard Queen"

"As far as the bands like this go, The Goa Express are about the best you can do- very few bands deal out the Nuggets-worthy garage bangers in a way that feels this good but also this psyched out. Lancashire's Goa Express are a band you might just need in your life."

Control Of The Going

Hot of the heels of their début 7" "She/ Wild Flower" the band will be airing some new material off their début album out in the early Autumn on Wrong Way Records.

Psychedelic Rock & Roll, serial collaborators and tambourine breakers. Manchester, UK

An eclipse formed from surreal psychedelia with rock and roll overtones.

Control of the Going began in Manchester in July 2015 to become one "of the best new bands in town". So far, they have featured as the Real Radio XS "Future Classic" band for July 2015, and have featured many times on Amazing Radio and world renowned KEXP.

Their debut "She" is out now and available to buy exclusively through Wrong Way Records. "She" was also premiered exclusively on KEXP in October 2016.

Control Of The Going have recently signed to Wrong Way Records and are currently working on their debut album, scheduled for release in September 2017.

"the warmth starts to exude out even when the subject matter of the song is dark"

"What's so great about them is that they so clearly fit like a hand in glove with so many other bands on the scene at the moment, yet there's something intrinsically unique about them, the way their three guitar and bass set-up combine and collide to create something thrilling and challenging to the listener"

- Even the Stars

"Fans of The Brian Jonestown Massacre should find much to enjoy with Manchester shoegaze reprobates Control Of The Going, whose waves of subtle shimmers evokes Anton Newcombe’s estimable band. Or for another comparison, maybe Control Of The Going are a baby version of Helicon, Glasgow’s 3D demons of space rock"
