Formed in 2005 by Dancho (Vocal) and has started the band activities with the present members, Kyrie (Guitar), Shinno (Guitar), Karin (Bass), and K (Drums) since 2006. The band name is from their wish that “if people believe in something for living, it could be his God. If we could support someone like that, we would be glad to.”

The most distinctive feature of NoGoD is their looks getting through to the animation based on the concept and the HEAVY/ CATCHY sound influenced by a wide range of music such as Heavy Metal, rock and J-pop. Also their technical play, especially Kyrie’s, who plays 7 strings guitar, his guitar techniques is the top level among a large number of visual-kei rock bands. In addition, Dancho’s voice and comical talk is well-established and enhance the band’s entertainingness.

Not only satisfying the visual-kei fans with the “pop” factor, they are convincing the Heavy Metal fans with their high quality sounds.

NoGoD experienced their first overseas performance in Taiwan in August 2010 and their 2nd album “Genjitsu”, released in August 2011 was also released in Taiwan and Korea later on. They released their first live DVD “THE 10TH ATTACK” in July and the latest single “STAND UP!” in October 2012. They are going to release their third album “V (five)”on February 6, 2013 and plan to expand their music careers internationally energetically more than ever.
