About this Event
French/Polynesian self-taught multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and producer based in London.
Growing up listening to Polynesian music from his mum and R&B from his older sister, Pastel touches his first instruments learning to record on his grandpa's tape machine.
Initially started to book studio sessions to record his band, Pastel falls in love with production and starts messing with different music styles which is what became Pastel. Rapping or Singing, Pastel's unique style has caught the ears of his own audience, blending Polynesian influences with an Indie/R&B feel.
After 3 years of evolving as a producer, he started touring over in Asia and began to make a name on the Asian scene.
His live support for FKJ and collaborations with artist like Bazzi, Bon Entendeur, Adi Oasis, Jarreau Vandal... Made his name stand out in the world of Neo-Soul & Indie scene.
2021 has seen Pastel building up an audience over social media and dsps with growing over 45k followers on Instagram sharing videos of him producing/performing his songs live.
With over 900k monthly listeners and 3 EP releases, he had known quite a few success with house hit Ecstasy & Indie song Daylight.
