Reload Under 18's UV Bubble Party.
This event is strictly 13-17 year olds.
Tickets are £5 in advance and £7 on the door.
Reload is a new and exciting club night exclusive to Butlers High Wycombe.
Reload’s UV Bubble Party is looking to be a HUGE night and will produce great memories to share with your friends.
Your night will include a DJ, mocktails, UV cannons and a bubble machine not to mention a professional photographer capturing all the action.
To gain entry on the night you MUST have a ticket that has all the information requested on the back (Name, DOB, Name and number of next of kin and this has to be signed by your parent /guardian)
To buy a ticket on the door your parent/guardian must be present.
All parents/guardians MUST read the disclaimer before signing the ticket.
DISCLAIMER
Reload is a fully supervised event, where young people can really enjoy themselves in a controlled safe environment. A mixture of music will be played to suit the taste of all young people. Our main priority will be the health and safety of young people, at all times. Security At each Reload event there will be a registered S.I.A security team that will be on hand to assist anyone at all times. Reload staff will also be available to assist and answer any questions. A number of first aiders will be on hand to assist when required. Prior to each event the local police will be informed.
Alcohol & Drugs Policy Drugs and alcohol are not tolerated. Only soft drinks are on sale at our venues. Young people are randomly breathalysed on our doors, to check for any consumption of alcohol.
All bars will have alcohol removed for Reload events. We will wherever possible, try to contact parents or guardians to collect their child or children, if they are found under the influence.
Searches - The Reload search procedure will take place before entry to the club/venue. Searches take place primary for weapons, alcohol, illegal substances & cigarettes. Any of the above found, will be confiscated and the police may be called. Any young person refusing to be searched before entry will not be permitted. All legal issues surrounding searching teenagers are strictly adhered to.
Age Restrictions - Our target age group is 13-17. Any person wishing to gain entry to Reload who looks over age will be asked to produce ID. We will not permit any person over the age of 17, entry to our events other than persons employed by Reload or the venue.
Smoking - Reload operates a strict NO SMOKING policy. Upon entry any cigarettes found will be confiscated. Cigarettes will not be sold at the event, so under age persons will not be allowed to purchase them.
Bullying - Reload requires all persons in the events to treat the venue and others with respect at all times. A strict anti-bullying policy will operate, and if we discover any persons intimidating others or using inappropriate language they will not gain entry, or if inside the event, then they will be escorted from the venue.
Behaviour - Should we have to ask any person to leave a Reload event for inappropriate behaviour or because of refused entry, we will take every possible step to ensure that the venue or Reload staffs tries to supervise such persons until a parent/guardian is telephoned and arrive to collect them. For serious offences, the police may be called if necessary and barred from all future Reload events. Fighting will not be tolerated. Anyone who is caught fighting or using violent behaviour will be barred from all future Reload events.
Dress Code - No hooded tops, caps, tracksuits, jogging pants, studded belts, steel toecap boots, offensive slogans, or scruffy jeans, are allowed at any Reload events. Jeans and trainers are Ok. Those wearing any of the above items plus coats will be asked to leave them in the cloak room, by a member of Reload or venue staff. Failure to co-operate will result in refused entry to the venue. There is a minimum charge of 50p per item for the cloakroom.
Photographs - Our own in house photographer will take pictures of young people at Reload events. These pictures can be obtained by visiting our Facebook Page after each event. By entering Reload you give us consent to take your picture, record video footage, or sound for the purpose of the Reload Facebook Page. Persons not wishing to have their picture taken or recorded must inform a member of staff on entry to all Reload events.
Staff - There are always polite friendly staffs around the venue to assist or help young people who may have a problem, or incident that they might want to discuss. No matter how small the problem maybe, Reload staff will always be on hand to assist young people.
Exit policy - we prefer and recommend all parents/guardians to collect their child or children at the end of all Reload events wherever possible. A quiet and calm exit is expected from all persons attending Reload events. Readmission there will be no readmission under any circumstance once you have entered Reload, No refunds will be given.
OTHER STEPS TAKEN BY Reload
• Young people will be treated with respect by Reload staff at all times, throughout the duration of the event.
• Their safety and overall welfare is of paramount importance to us at all times.
• Reload staff will always act in a professional way at all times.
• Reload liaises with parents/guardians to find the balance between what will satisfy the younger generation, and what will allow their children to attend Reload events.
• Any allegations or concerns brought to our attention at any Reload event will be listened to and necessary action taken. Should any difficulties occur with any young person, our staff will only use physical contact if absolutely necessary.
AFTER ALL THE SERIOUS STUFF, OUR MAIN AIM IS OF COURSE TO ENSURE OUR EVENTS ARE FUN AND ENJOYABLE FOR YOUR CHILD.
