Matt Grocott & The Shrives are an exciting upcoming UK band who formed after frontman Matt Grocott and lead guitarist Josh Horsfall recorded a full-length album at Jingletown Studios in Oakland, California in March 2014.



The album featured Joey Armstrong (Emily’s Army) on drums, was produced by Billie Joe Armstrong (Green Day) and recorded by Grammy Award-winning engineer Chris Dugan. The band have since played an extensive number of gigs and have toured the UK, releasing their first single “Turn Me On”, which gained mainstream music press coverage from Kerrang!, Rock Sound and NME.
