Paris Ruel is a soulful singer and songwriter who will be performing a mix of soul Jazz and popular music. Over the years, Paris has been involved in various projects in a wide range of styles appearing on TV and playing venues such as the Royal Britannia Yacht, Jazz cafe and Cardiff arena.
