It was my 21st tonight and we had a master class booked! It was amazing thank you to ( jack and Callum) but the lack of people skills from the staff and mediocre management was unreal! Spoke to like absolute crap on the way out! The bouncers were ok and dealt with the situations well! Baring in mind I hadn't been kicked out and was waiting for other family members to bring me my presents from inside while standing on the inside of a barrier I was told I was a healthy and safety risk and was rudely told to move. You would think management would know better after we had thrown lot of money into their establishment, they should know how to treat their guests much better.
