We visited for a leaving party, and largely had a good night. However, the evening was tainted by a rude and inexperienced member of bar staff. After paying for, and trying a premium vodka and mixer, the syrup/gun wasn't working properly; it tasted like a vodka and soda water. The bar 'manager' refused to acknowledge the fact it wasn't correct and sort the issue, nor would he radio an actual manager to rectify the issue. So took 30 minutes out of my night to wait at another bar where the manager replaced the drink without questions then went to sort the mixer issue (not because I am tight, as a matter of principle).

We were a large party and spent a lot of money, I do not expect to be treated as we were.
