They kept £50 deposit for an event, which never came off the bill on the night and after 4 months still haven't been able to get a refund after emailing on many occasions. On the night of the event, the service was appalling, with many of the issues discussed previously never taken care of. Purchased over 30 bottles of prosecco plus an extra bar tab and the service was unacceptable.
