Club looked great but hadn't realised not only do you have to pay to go in which I expect to do but you also have to pay to sit down. We were moved three times by a hostess that obviously found it highly amusing that I had complained. She didn't want to listen and just laughed In my face. I checked if the seating upstairs was free but you have to pay for that too!! When i followed the amused hostess and asked for a refund as we weren't going to stand all night she told me to speak to the boss whilst smirking at me. The only upside was that the boss did give me a refund without an argument so thank you for that. Shame this girl was so lousy at customer service.
