Fairly basic. We were on top floor and room temperature was very warm and impossible to control. Window curtain was not really a curtain and appeared to have had brown paint splashed on it. Water temperature for showering was a mission to control. Only hot, or only cold it seemed.

Continental breakfast was adequate, but when we attempted to organise an early breakfast for the following day (as per room compendium), we were told it couldn't be done as staff didn't start until 8am. However, when we complained on checking out, the receptionist arranged something there and then.

On the plus side, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area and Earl's Court tube station is 2 minutes away.
