From the second you walk though the door, you are made to feel unwelcome. The staff are completely indifferent to you and seem to have no manners at all. 20 minutes between sitting down and being approached to order. For the starter, we ordered a Mixed Grill, which took 25 minutes to arrive, and was inedible.

Over cooked, chewy, dry and the prawns tasted like they were expired. We called for the manager who seemed to not care at all about us and his establishment’s poor quality of service, food and atmosphere.

He was brash, rude and unapologetic. He didn’t make any attempt to help the situation aside from offering us a recook of the same food, and when asked to take the food away, didn’t return to achieve a resolution with us.

We had lost all appetite at that point after trying 5 different foods which were all disgusting, and the manager simply asked if we’d like the bill. We told him that we didn’t feel the food was worth paying for but we’d be happy to pay for the water and poppadoms we had already ordered. He was quite rude about this and insisted that we pay for food that we had barely touched and couldn’t stomach.

Even upon taking the payment, he simply snatched it away and walked off in a strop. I wouldn’t wish a meal like this on my worst enemy, with hostile staff and manager and quite frankly some of the most disgusting food I’ve ever eaten, which left me and the friend with whom I was dining, with the runs. I would rate this 0 stars if I could.
