I tried really hard to like things about this hotel. Only good thing is proximity to underground station. Cockroaches in room, nightclub next door, no heater in room. We left early. We didn't spend that much time in the room but we couldn't sleep due to the music that made the building shake, the loud drunks outside, and the room being so cold. The rooms look nothing like the picture. I'm sorry to say this was the only bad part of our stay in London.
