There was 6 of us celebrating my friends 50th birthday yesterday. We had great service from bar staff and service staff. Food was great. We asked for bill paid it and left the pub very happy only to be chased down the street and across the next road by a member of staff and told publicly in the middle of the street that we had not paid a drinks bill and ushered all 6 of us back to the bar to publicly humiliate us in front of other customers. Totally their fault but totally humiliated. Will be giving it a miss next time we are in Harrogate. Management is shocking
