My husband and I came 3 years ago and yesterday we were in Bournemouth with our three children, the weather was awful and we hadn’t booked anywhere to eat. Being Valentines Evening we thought everywhere would have been Pre booked and at 3pm we were in the arcade below after getting wet through during the day. My husband came and spoke to a manager who was more than accommodating and said they were fully booked by 6 but could get us in at 5. Food was AMAZING kids ate everything! My eldest had her first mocktail and felt very grown up and we were delighted with the service, food, sitting right next to window with a great view of big waves!! Thank you so much for making it a truly memorable evening for us all, we will definitely be coming back here on our next visit
