Absolutely appalling biggest waste of money. Paid £500 for x4 of us for a table upstairs in Nuvo, told we would have the table 11 oclock over email, we arrived & was not given our table till just gone 12, we were seated and had to wait a further 30 minutes for our alcohol!!! X3 bottles confirmed via email for the 500£ but they only gave us to. We had 2 & half hours on our table due to closing, didn’t finish our alcohol and it was taken away before the night even came to a close. Asked for happy birthday banners - didn’t receive it. So poorly ran, honestly need to sort out your organisational skills because it was disgusting ! People next to us didn’t receive here’s till 1 what a JOKE. Good music although no song was ever played through! Would plan for 20 seconds and change, ridiculous. I would not recommend anyone waste there money here.
