I've been here twice now, and I have had similar experiences for both. The decor, atmosphere and the vibes are fantastic, drinks overpriced, but can deal with that. A truly nice place. However, I was not impressed with watching members of staff shouting at other staff members, showing their stress levels in front of paying customers. Very unprofessional. Last night we sat down and waited 45mins for any member of staff to come and take our order. We called one of the wai...ters over and told them how disgusted we were for waiting this long and not even be offered water. The service last night was terrible. After giving our orders we still waited a further 40mins to even get our starters. The wait was disgusting throughout the night. Even during the night not one staff member came around to ask if everything was okay. Very poor service. The food was presented beautifully. I wouldn't say the food was out of this world, but it did taste lovely. I was disappointed with my mains last night, but when I came here for my hen night the food was beautiful, so it may have been an off night last night. Despite the slow service and unprofessional behavior of staff, this is still a nice place to go out with friends and family.
