Absolutely terrible way of treating customers. The security staff handle every situation in an angry manner as if they were the customers. Yesterday one lady from the staff shouted at me for no reason (after queuing there for two hours - another issue to be raised.) so I shouted back (since I'm not going to let a stranger to treat me like this). She probably thought I was too drunk to remember this. However I was sober (after two hours of queuing who wouldn't be?). It's absolutely disgusting knowing that there's not going to be anything done about this terrible treating of customers as they are quiete aware that their club is a popular choice on Tuesday. Considering this, next time I'll choose Kuda Cambridge or Fez.
