I was able to get an appointment quickly despite being NHS, although it was only scheduled as a check up the dentist carried out some urgent work after checking she had time before her next appointment (which was also considerate of other patients).

Everyone was very pleasant and professional and explained everything - even the booking in receptionist told me which room I would be going in so I knew where to wait.
