Can’t put zero star so have to settle for one.. worst place ever the doorman is so rude it’s ridiculous. Don’t go there it’s a waste of space and money.

You did not “just ask me to turn it back” the guy come and flash a laser at me and start shouting and barking. Extremely rude. Then the policy is not the same on most bar we went on 2 different bars after that where the staff at the door was civilised, polite and didn’t treat me like a criminal for wearing a cap. But it was fine for another guy in the bar to wear a full hat?? Can you explain how this doesn’t shadow is face and why your door man did t target him to abuse as well?? I understand the policy now that you explaining it to me but maybe train your staff on dealing with people as when ask he barked at us that it wasn’t for us to know... the handling of the situation is totally surreal ! This is not customer service it’s abusive . Never had any problem elsewhere again your doorman is the rudest person ever you lost business and a table of 9 people going out till 2am.
