The staff is very nice and super accommodating but the facilities leave much to be desired. Such as the elevator does not goo to my floor so I have one above and walk down. The beds are old and stained as well as the mattress "protector". I asked that it be changed but they didn't have any others but they gladly changed the sheets. The continental was pretty decent and balanced.The oatmeal was amazing.
