Last night I went out for a group meal for my friend's birthday, first of all they didn't have his name on the system even though he booked it a few weeks before and the table wasn't ready, 2) Every time we ordered a drink we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for them to bring them over and the staff was rude making my girlfriend bring up her ID for bloody water? And finally 3) We ordered food which took almost an hour to show up and when it did the sweet potato fries and the peas were cold.
