I came here for a meal with my mum. The lobster was over cooked and chewy. The steak was supposed to be rare but was over well done. The steak was too salty to eat. The chips were so over cooked there was no potato in the middle. The service was terrible. Particularly by the restaurant manager. After complaining to the manager I was offered an all inclusive complimentary meal for two, and I would be contacted the following day. This did not happen. I have been in contact 4 times and had no response. Absolutely would not recommend this excuse for a high end restaurant! I've received better service in McDonalds.
