First time I visited here it was a good experience. The layout is really good. A lovely, spacious garden. There is a dance floor on the way to getting to the garden and the restrooms upstairs which is always crowded and it's an adventure just getting through there. There are some tables there as well which are not positioned well and should probably be removed to give patrons more space.
The second time I visited, one of my friends ordered a mojito. It was not made to the standard they were accustomed to so we took it back to the bar. The server promptly said that it was the way they do it here and argued with us for quite sometime before getting the Manager. He was also rude and repeated the same lines. They eventually gave us back our money. It would have been a much better experience had they said apologised and offered to remake it or give us another drink. I couldn't believe they stood there arguing with their customers for quite some time.
