Great location on earls court train station head east to get to sight seeing in London.

Few feet away from restaurants and groceries stores

Staff at desk are really friendly and helpful

We traveled with a 2yr old

The room we got:
(Me wife and kid coming from Chicago USA so we assuming it's a custom in the UK)

Bed is Not soft so if you like hard beds you're ok
Sheets are outdated not soft
TV is flat screen tv but it's about 13"
Don't think the fridge works
Don't think the ac works tried to turn on but the room did not cooled at all
The fan does work
Free Internet is just for email and social media not good for streaming or large files
Free hot water for tea and coffee avaliable
Free breakfast boiled eggs ham cheese slices cereal toast coffee and juice avalable
There's no do not disturb sign to hang so your room will be cleaned every day.

Liked the place just needs a little upgrade.
