Terrible - worst customer service I have ever had.

I can't believe how difficult it was to book this place up - not because they were busy but because no one seemed to know how to answer the phone.

I tried emailing multiple times, ringing more times then I can count (sometimes 5/6 times a day) and couldn't get through, or to get through and be hung up on or even told to ring back in an hour and then again would receive no answer when I would ring back, I ever tried emailing multiple times but no one wanted to reply. After finally trying one last time to call (as I wanted to use a voucher I had found on Groupon, hence why trying so hard) I managed to get through and book a table on a Friday, I spent £40 on travel to get to London to be told very rudely and abrutley by staff they didn't have my table booked and the best they could do was for me to eat straight away and leave by 8 which would give me very little time to eat a 3 course meal. Safe to say at this point I decided to just get my money back from Groupon. Waste of time.

I can't believe how hard it was to book this restaurant, I have never had an issue anywhere else like this usually one or two calls and your sorted. I can't imagine it being because they were too busy as I tried different days of the week and at different times throughout the day. This was meant to be a birthday meal for my boyfriend and I've never found a restaurant to be so stressful. I would not recommend this place at all, who needs that much stress when trying to book a table.
