We came to newcastle for a hen do of 27 girls and pre booked a table and pre ordered our food 4 weeks in advance of our booking. On the day alot of things went wrong and from the first plate being brought out we waited an hour for everyone to finally recieve their meals for them to be very badly cooked and incorrect. When raising this with the "supervisor" we were greeted with the worst customer service i have ever witnessed and the rudest lady ever to have been spoken too. When asking for her name she refused and threw her hands in the air and walked off. We were absoloutley apawled by how we were treated and it ruined a day that we had been looking forward ti for a very long time. Shortly after we were looked after by Sam and another lady who i unfortunatley didnt catch the name of who put things right as much as they could, were so lovely and friendly and turned the day round for us so thankyou to those two who empathised with us and apologised on the herrendous ladys behalf.
