Regular customer with myself and family, very disappointed tonight with the lack of service from one particular member of staff young male. Come here often for different occasions usually great atmosphere amd service by all staff but particularly one staff member tonight made this change, very rude, very arrogant and very dismissive and also when manager informed he seemed to have same attitude without any acknowledgement with customers. Felt like not good enough to to seek there attention of complaint, however felt if flashing cash this could of been a different matter. Very different!!!!!!
