I spent most of my evening in the 70's part of the club. They must have had a trainee DJ on that night as his selections of tunes did not flow and sounded like they were just picked at random. A number of times the same photographer asked if I wanted to buy his photos. When I explained I had lost my wallet up on entering the venue and told him I only had £6 he replied, I will sell you a photo for £6.

The most disappointing part was trying to report my lost wallet. The staff, manager and everyone in between tried to pass me onto someone else. At no point did they think to take my name, contact numbers and so on. The wallet was never going to be returned but a moment of customer attention would have made all the difference. It is safe to say that I will not be returning to this venue and the customer experience is lacking in a number of ways.
