We had the most despicable experience at this venue. The staff were rude, ill-mannered, obnoxious and was violent towards us.

When we arrived at the venue, no one told us that they will have a private party at 10am. We bought a few drinks and food at 8pm and another round at 9:30. At 9:45, a security guy came to ask us to wrap up, when my friend ask him why, it's still very early. He said I just told you to wrap up.

Then they came to ask us to move table as they need to set up the area for the private party which we did. After 5 mins, the security guy came again and told us to leave, I said I am finishing my drink. You should not have let me buy a drink if you knew you were closing.

It was then that their manager came, was ultra rude, grab the drink from my hand and said 'Well we told you to leave, I can refund you money for that drink'! I went after him, a girl grab hold of my arm and tell me to leave.

I was going to leave and was commenting on how rude they were, the manager came back, pushed me toward the door. I bit my cheeks hard in the process.

The worst was when we mentioned how rude they were and we would never come back, the security guy said "yeah! it's not like we are getting a lot of money you! We are making a lot more with these private parties!"

Another security guy filmed me and said he'll used that for whatever purpose!!!!!! One he's not allowed to film me without my permission, second, they have cctv already..So why filmed me?

I should have been the one filming them for their aggressivity!!!!!!

I would not go back there for sure and would not recommend this place!!!!!
