just ordered a club sandwich waited an hour for it to turn up sans bacon so sent it back, they took my sandwich back to the kitchen but sent up 2 pieces of bacon for me to add to my own (now cold) sandwich. i then found a hair as i was finishing the sandwich... staff were not helpful at all and said all they could do was let me have a free (flat) diet coke.
