Went to the ‘Gay Night’ and it was a really weird experience. Majority of people in the bar were straight girls, with the second majority being the straight men that follow them. The men in particular were already picking fights with each other by the time we got there.

Didn’t feel like a safe space for LGBT people but instead a safari where straight people go for entertainment. Eventually found other gay locals and they expressed their disappointment in the venue’s atmosphere. Disappointing as the only gay night in Chelmsford.

Expensive drinks too.
