Sunday 1pm. Bar was quiet. Sat out the front and ordered a latte and vodka and coke. Our table, indeed all tables had used glasses on them. 10 mins later, drinks arrived, coffee was cold, used glasses were left on the table. When we paid, I said I'd like to pay for the cold coffee, dirty glasses and vodka please. Answer was, "ok". Best £7.50 I've ever spent. What the he'll has happened to pride in your work?
