Terrible (non existent) service. Waited 20 minutes at the bar and still didn't get served so I left. One of your bar staff spent 15 minutes with one customer and 3 drinks!

You have lost a regular customer along with my friends. Get some more bar staff and train them to be quick at serving drinks, you know, like pubs have.
