Horrible experience and even worse customer service. I booked my birthday party there, and was promised I could get a FULL refund. Instead, on the night, they said it could only be redeemed behind the bar. They then charged a load of food and drinks to my tab that wasn't ours, said we could have free drinks to make up for it, then charged us for those too. I'm almost £100 out of pocket. The staff were rude, swore at us, and utterly unhelpful. The management team said they would call me to help make it right, but that was five days ago. I've called them multiple times a day to try and get a response, but no one picks up. Avoid at all costs and don't trust them with your money. Ruined what I hoped would be a special day.
