I had an absolutely awful experience at this venue, I went to see Billy Idol, I showed my ticket and not sure if it was because I was alone with no other company or wether me being slightly older but I was taken to the disabled section and shown by the member of staff where my place was, Everything was great, I moved around freely going in and out of the enclosure to use the loo and refreshment area's, I watched the supporting band, I watched 3 quarters of Billy Idol and then the same member of staff that had shown me where to stand, and had let me in and out of the section all evening suddenly decided that I shouldn't be in that section and abruptly frog marched me out , I had absolutely no idea where I was supposed to be or where I should go, I became very upset and I could feel myself starting to have a panic attack I begun sweating really bad and shaking the member of staff could see all this and completely neglected me and offered me no help what so ever, I felt I had no other option but to flee the venue, I ended up missing 35 to 40 minutes of the show.I tried phoning the venue the very next day at 10.30 am, I was on hold for 24 minutes and still no body answered so I gave up phoning, nobody answered the phone. The way I was treated at this venue has left me dreadfully upset. Xx
