Being part of a large group can be challenging however, when food has been pre ordered this shouldn't be a problem. Saturday the 2nd of June was a shambles with food, some people didn't even get food. Most of the staff were polite but one in particular was rude. Holly who served us was a delight and did her job very well even under the circumstances. Hopefully this issue will be sorted out and won't happen again.
