the manager is quick to escalate things physically himself and lacks professionalism when dealing with situations and i would recommend he has some training in de-escalating situations (personaly i think he enjoys the opportunity for violence and I'm disgusted somebody with that deminer has been given authority to manage a venue in hospitality), i would avoid this venue if you are looking for a trouble free night however the door staff where very professional and fair when following the managers requests!..... feel free to message me for further details on my experience here?
