Bookings are non-refundable. If you turn up during a session you are still required to leave at the session end time.

-All children must wear socks while on the soft play. -No food or drink allowed in the centre (this excludes baby food and special dietary requirements) - Holidays and weekend sessions are for 2 hours only. Normal term time you may stay longer
