We are thrilled to welcome local chef Peter Longwell to run The Norfolk Coastal Kitchen in The Parde Ring Restaurant.. He will offer a two-course seasonal menu, with at least three options per course.
The menu from December until February will be:
MAINS
- Slow braised beef brisket with celeriac and potato mash and winter greens
- Fish pie - selection of moked, white fish with tiger prawns in a creamy parsley and white wine sauce topped with creamy potatoes and buttered vegetable
Baked celeriac and sage gratin with roasted vegetables
DESSERTS
- Marmalade bread and butter pudding wiht custard
- Chocolate and poppyland brewery stout pudding with creme fraiche
- Sticky toffee pudding with Dann's ice cream
- Local cheese board with artisan crackers, grapes, celery and chutney.
Afternoon tea can be added to your booking for £18 per person.
The Parade Ring Restaurant & Bar is in the hub of the racecourse and overlooks the Parade Ring with a limited view of the track. There is a bar and screens showing live racing in the venue and betting just outside.
This booking DOES NOT include any entrance tickets, so is perfect for people already with tickets or Annual Members. You can purchase Day Member tickets separately if that is your preference, or select the booking that includes tickets.
This booking also does include a race card.
