Free Father’s Day pints!
In case you hadn’t heard, it’s Father’s Day on Sunday. If you didn’t know… you might want to get yourself down to M&S pronto, because it’s gonna sell out fast! Also, you might want to set a reminder on your phone for next year, because your organisational skills are in serious need of improvement.
For those lucky enough to have Dads they want to celebrate, Father’s Day is a time to remember all the great things your Dad has given you… like secret choc ices from the garage freezer when you were five or that headache he gave you when you were trying to pass your driving practical at 17.
Sometimes Father’s Day advertising can be a little… questionable. Why has everything gotta be blue, why is everything beer flavoured, and why oh why is B&Q so rammed the day before?! This year you might want to forgo the obligatory shaving set and six pack of lagers, and take him out for an actual meal! After all, we have spent the last few months trapped inside…
