EDC UK on it's way

The Electric Daisy Carnival or simply EDC is heading to the UK this summer on Saturday 9th July at Milton Keynes national bowl, hosted by ‘Insomniac’! This ultimate carnival experience introduces electronic music, fancy dress costumes and colourful art instalments, whilst the wide energy shells up the fields with magic… making this spectacular carnival one to definitely not miss out on!

Who’s playing?

The sound of this summer will come from the incredible likes of, Avicii, Axwell A Ingrosso, Eric Prydz, Martin Garrix, Martin Solveig, Oliver Heldens, Robin Schulz, Aly & Fila, Andy Moor, Ferry Corsten, Gouryella Ilan Blustone, John O’Callaghan, Markus Schulz, Paul Van Dyk, Simon O’Shine, Standerwick, Caspa B2B Rusko, Culture Shock, Fricton, Goldie Mbe, Noisa, Pendulum DJ set,  Rene Lavice, Roni Size & Krust presents full cycle Sigma DJ set, 99 Souls, DJ Ez, Duke Dumont, Galantis, Jauz, Lost Frequencies, Philip George, and two other top acts to be confirmed across a variety of stages!

What’s on?

Acts will perform their wonders on either of four stages, Kinetic Field, Cosmic Meadow, Circuit Grounds and Neon Garden. The ultra violet wave rays, blasting fireworks and vibrating beats boasts the Kinetic Field Stage arena as it takes the lead as the main stage where you and your loved ones can accumulate and appreciate the charging tones! The Cosmic Meadow Stage and Circuit Grounds Stage invites trance and bass music lovers whereas the Neon Garden focuses on a house and garage music vibe….so whip your hair back and forth and mosh away!

EDC experts do all the work as they have arranged a variety of travel options including the carnivals partner- the ‘Big Green Coach’ which will be ploughing through 39 UK locations to the electric field, for only £10!  Or, you can catch the train and plod off at Milton Keynes Station, and scurry for 20-minutes to the carnival.

If the music isn’t enough, then you can sky high with a range of full-sized carnival rides and catch a glimpse of the electrifying power from a perfect bird’s eye view…here you can join the sun or stars, day to night in an elevated swing carrying two people and take a breather to really treasure the moment.

Those wanting the full green experience then there are plenty of campsites nearby to the carnival, otherwise there are a range of hotels you can check in too…whatever your preference you can rest up nearby, as I know you will need too!

Otherwise, become memorized by performing dancers, stilters, aerialists, circus performers all dressed to impress and become more involved by joining the life of the party with a creative piece of art painted onto your face!
